This is the single exposure sheet film attachment for the Mamiyaflex C-series of medium format TLR cameras. The kit includes a sheet film holder back that replaces the standard back on the camera and allows single sheet film holders to be loaded onto the camera. Instead of being tied to making 12 exposures across an entire roll of film, this allows single, stand-alone exposures to be made one at a time, while varying film stocks or film speeds or push/pull requirements.
